Ebony

Speech Pathologist

For the past two years, Ebony has worked as a speech pathologist in Victorian schools, supporting students and families in rural communities. She has experience providing both whole-school and individual support, working closely with educators to create inclusive learning environments that foster communication development for all.

Ebony holds a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology and has experience across a range of areas, including speech, language, literacy and social communication. She is passionate about neuroaffirming practice and takes a strengths-based, child-led approach to intervention. Her sessions are play-based and engaging, ensuring children feel empowered and excited about developing their communication skills.

Collaboration is at the heart of Ebony’s work. She values strong relationships with families, teachers, and other professionals, working together to develop practical strategies that support children and young adults in meaningful ways. She is dedicated to making communication accessible for all and helping children express themselves with confidence.

Outside of work, Ebony enjoys exploring new places, spending time with her partner and their dogs, Bobbi and Jimmy, and soaking up the sunshine - preferably with a coffee and a good book in hand!
