Psychosocial Therapist
Julia Quince is a dedicated and hardworking Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work, and has completed additional study in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Her career has been focused on early intervention with children, providing safe, supportive environments for them to reach their full potential. Julia previously worked in the guardianship space at the Department for Child Protection, where she applied her expertise in child-centered approaches, trauma-informed care, and developmental assessments.
Julia has strength in collaborating to address developmental needs, build secure attachments, and create tailored therapeutic plans. She has extensive experience supporting children with diverse needs, including Autism and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, using personalised strategies to foster self-awareness and confidence while equipping caregivers with the tools to provide consistent support.
Her commitment to culturally safe practices is evident in her work with Aboriginal children, ensuring they maintain vital connections to culture, land, and language.

In her free time, Julia enjoys staying active through pilates and walking her dog Winnie at the beach. She loves spending quality time with friends and family and love trying new restaurants and coffee shops around Adelaide.
